Location is excellent, beside the Vatican and a short walk to all the main attractions in Rome. The suites are newly renovated with comfortable beds. Perfect spot.

Overall great short stay

Super helpful staff. The drain system in our shower stall was not properly designed for the rain shower so that was not a good experience. But Overall a great short stay.

Other than not-so-soft sheets and pillowcases, I highly recommend this hotel. Don’t be fooled by the outside, it’s a gem! More importantly it’s walking distance to so many of Rome’s sightseeing spots…the Vatican, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain for starters. Restaurants and souvenir shops everywhere. Truly enjoyed our stay here!

We enjoyed our stay in Suites 51. The place is walking distance from Vatican City and also very close the train station so provides easy access to the Fiumicino airport. Check-in was easy, instructions were clear. We also left our luggages after check-out in the property. Katerina was always accessible and she was so helpful.

So here are my thoughts on this facility. This is not an upscale place…not even close!!! It is literally beside train tracks!!!! Our shower had very little water pressure. Our shower door wouldn’t close so it was freezing when we took our shower. The room was so small it was difficult to change your mind…much less your clothes. Very dimly lit room. No closet. The area really didn’t feel safe at all. There isn’t a hotel staff… feels for like an ab&b. The only positive I can say…the cleaning staff was very efficient!!! 6 trips to Rome this was the worst, including 2 stays at a convent. The other side of Vatican City is much nicer. This includes hotels and food around Borgo Pio and the Vatican’s museum.

Perfect place to clean, recover, and sleep.

The room is co-located within an apartment with a total of 4 rooms. Each room has a private bathroom and HVAC system. There is a communal 1/2 bath (toilet and sink). Our room had a European queen bed and trundle bed with mini-fridge, coffee machine (pod style), hot water pitcher, and safe. There is also a communal area for ironing. The building has an elevator (small - two people + luggage). It is located within 500 m of Vatican City (chapel entrance side - not the museum side), there is a small Carabinieri (Italian national gendarmerie - police) office across the street. The area was safe for night-time walking and has several dining options nearby. It is perfect for those who prefer spending time sight seeing, rather than using amenities- pool, exercise, bar, etc.

Best accomodation in rome!! I really highly recommand it!! The room was really tidy and modern. I think it is recently renovated. There’s an elevator which is rare in rome. Walking distance to vatican and local mart and restaurants. Beread, snacks and drinks are kept refilled during our stay. Manager katerina was really kind and helpful and kept contact with me. I definitely stay here again when I come back to rome!!

Atendimento ótimo, quarto muito limpo e confortável, bem localizado e com ótimo serviço. Tivemos um imprevisto na primeira noite, sem água quente mas resolveram assim que possivel, pois o problema nao era na acomodação e sim, no prédio.
