「Stayed here because the JW was sold out for an event. The studio was perfectly adequate and within easy walking distance from JW. Very quiet and pleasant. 」

「This was our 2nd time staying here! The grounds are well maintained and beautiful! We really enjoyed the spool (spa pool)! We used it almost every evening, the only downfall was my swim bottoms got discolored/bleached from being in the water. So maybe the chemical level is too high. Our room was on the top floor, so the only noise we heard was from the road and occasionally from the guests in the room next to us! I would recommend requesting a room on the top floor, and ideally facing the gold...

「We enjoyed on 6 day stay at the Marriott Canyon Villas. It accommodated our family of 5 adults and 2 kids very well. Our room was next to the main pool and lobby. An added bonus was being able to use the JW Marriott’s pool. We would definitely stay here again. 」

「Property is large and well maintained . Central pool area crowded. The other pools not crowded. The food at pool is ok but when busy, they have trouble keeping up. Prices in small store very high, the unit we received was not the one we reserved. One balcony instead of two. Also some buildings at resort overlook large adjacent contraction site. That was unpleasant.」

「With renovation in progress at the hotel, we had a substandard stay at the Kierland Resort. Entire lobby closed, shops moved to cramped temporary rooms. The one bar which has supposedly completed its renovation was not open during our multi-night stay. Instead they relocated this bar to a meeting room with a temporary bar set up. Not impressed. Imagine paying over $20 for a margarita at the temporary bar poorly lit and no ambiance. The pool is poorly maintained -- especially on Saturday there...

「Room was clean and the resort was well maintained and beautiful. We had some small issues such as the room still being cleaned after we were told it was ready, delays with breakfast one of the days, and the fire alarms went off at 1am 2 nights in a row, but they did comp us a night.」
