"Great staff, good overall experience"

"Ci siamo trovate bene con la camera. Albergo molto molto piccolo. Hall e sala per la colazione sono in pratica la stessa stanza. Avevo chiesto prima di prenotare se fosse possibile rimanere nella struttura dopo il check out fino alle 13 per lavorare da remoto e avevano detto che era possibile. Tuttavia la mattina in cui ne avevo bisogno sono stata “cacciata” alle 12 perché l albergo chiudeva. Il che mi sembra un po strano. "

"Rooms clean. Max 5 minutes from Metro station. On site underground car park @£15 a day. Very helpful staff. A/C in rooms - essential in Summer! Shopping centre with food court 8 minutes away. If I was going to Milan again (probably not), this is where I would stay. Didn't eat in the hotel - although €20 for a buffet breakfast seems quite reasonable."

Trovo inaccettabile che nel mese di giugno a Bresso, con temperature prossime ai 40 gradi, venga offerto un alloggio privo di aria condizionata e dotato esclusivamente di un piccolo ventilatore del tutto insufficiente. Di conseguenza, non sono riuscito a dormire né io né mio figlio per tutta la notte, compromettendo completamente la mia permanenza. Altrettanto grave è stata la scoperta del bagno...
