"The rooms were fine, but our air conditioning was not working properly. Didn't discover until later in the evening so it was very warm trying to sleep. Notified staff at front desk the next morning and they just said thanks for letting us know. Tried to make a cup of coffee in the morning and there were only plastic water cups in the room. Had to get dressed to go downstairs to get coffee. Not major things, but for the price I would expect the basic things to be working and available."

"Room was clean and comfortable. Parking was good. Breakfast was not what I expected, cold cereal and waffles was the main breakfast. "

"Unless you count yogurt, breakfast had no protein...no eggs, no meat. Instant coffee in buffet just as bad as packets in the room. Otis Spunkmeyer muffins. Only fresh fruit was oranges. Heard one older gentleman say, "they couldn't even throw me a sausage!" The sink faucet in room need two hands and a hard pull to turn on. Loose riser on second floor riser significant safety hazard. Upside, room was very clean."

"Ask for a room at the back. The road noise made it difficult to sleep. The back of the property is very pretty. The location is very good for exploring Galena."
