「We had a great stay!! It was perfect for myself, husband, and teen daughter. The neighborhood was quiet and parking was easy. Loved the renovations and it had everything we needed. Enjoyed seeing the bunny in the yard and fireflies in the evening. Walked to Comet Ping Pong twice to eat. Also the bagel shop in the morning for breakfast. Explored the city daily. 「Room was very nice with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Plenty of shampoo, conditioner and body wash along with laundry detergent if you need to throw in a load. Pool was great and is open 11-8. Plenty of parking (pd) around the building—it is easier to see what is available before it gets dark. Metro blue line stop is less than 5 minutes walking and you can even go through the Marriott lobby to get underground there. Such an easy home base to get to all the sights in DC with the closeness of the Metro...

「This property was amazing and matched the description exactly. It was spacious, quiet, and clean. I didn’t use the amenities but from what saw, they were great. From the pool, gym, rec area; everything was nice. It even has a Aldi grocery store in site, coffee and Urgent Care. It seems like it has it all! There were a few things I didn’t like, for example, the mattress on the bed was way too soft and you literally sink into it when you lay on it. Some people may like it, but it wasn’t for me....

「Note the signs for street cleaning days before parking; we had no issue there. The address that popped up on the Maps site the day before was for the VRBO across the street, but Tambor got us straightened out. You may just want to check the address when you message ahead of time. The apartment is clean and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay.」

「This is a comfortable, well appointed, spacious studio with a small kitchen. Roydell included snacks, a selection of teas, and coffee. It was impeccably clean. He was charming and very helpful in giving walking directions. The neighborhood is good; people I encountered were friendly. I will return!!」

「Quaint, comfortable and excellently located row house. well appointed kitchen. Very Good bed. We had everything we needed to enjoy the Fells point area. We loved it. The owner communicated clearly and on a timely manner. Finding parking spots along the streets was not as difficult as we thought.」

「We loved the apartment, it was as it appears in the photos, a cute and functional 2 bedroom apartment with a cute common area. We unexpectedly needed to have a 3rd person join us. The host was kind in approving the addition of a 3rd person to our stay. We greatly appreciated their generosity and compassion.The only downside to the apartment was that the drain in the bathtub was very slow and left a couple of inches of water in the tub by the end of a 5 minute shower.」

「The property was nice, very active building with a concierge at the front desk. They are not attached with the rental company just for the property. The apartment had almost all the cookware and working appliances for meals, nice touch was the dishwasher and if you needed a washer/dryer it was located in the apartment. Check in was fine and the ability to leave our luggage in the post room the day of departure was very much appreciated. 「部屋が綺麗でとても広く、窓も大きいので明るい。バスルームも二つあってとても便利だった。追加ベットを頼んだら無料でエアーベットを用意してくれていた。キッチン用品も充実している。WiFiの繋がりも良かった。スミソニアン博物館に行きたかったので近くて良かった。付近にはレストランも沢山あるし、アパートの下には小さいけれどスーパーがあったので飲み物等購入できた。チェックイン前に送られてくるメールに部屋番号が記載されていて、それを受付で見せると鍵がもらえる。メールでの返事がなかなかこないので、何か質問等ある場合は直接電話をしなければならなかった為多少英語が話せるならとても良いところだと思う。」

"観光で利用しました。設備は、スリッパと歯ブラシはありませんがそれ以外はほぼ揃っています。部屋も広めで、静かです。シャワーは水圧・温度ともに満足でした。温水プールやレストランもあり、快適に過ごせると思います。スミソニアン博物館まで少し距離はありますが歩いて行ける立地です。街中なので人通りは多く安心できるかと思います。ナショナルモールとホテルの間にメトロもあり、便利です。徒歩5分圏内に22時まで開いているスーパーマーケットと食品も買えるドラッグストアがあり、そちらも便利でした。女性1人でも安心して利用しやすかったです。"

"チェックインした時点で、石鹸の封が開いている、シャワーキャップの紙箱に水しぶきがかかっている、シュガー類が入った袋にコーヒーの染みがある等部屋の準備に甘い部分があった。それを鑑みてチップを置かなかったからか、掃除は洗面所の床に髪の毛が残っていたりと大ざっぱであった。とはいえ潔癖症の人間が過ごせる程度であり、一番安い部屋に泊まったが寝室も洗面所も広くあるべきところがきちんと広く、ホテルの従業員も丁寧であったので快適に過ごせた。各種タオル、ドライヤー、アイロン、バスローブ等の備品は揃っている。シャンプー、リンス、ボディークリーム、シャワーキャップ、靴磨き、手洗い用石鹸、全身洗い用石鹸はあるが、歯ブラシや化粧水、ミネラルウォーターはない。少し歩けばドラッグストアがあるので適宜購入可能。"

"夜遅くまで無料のシャトルバスを提供しているためにこのホテルを選びました。バスも概ね予定通りに運行され、運転手も親切でした。朝ごはんはスタバのセットでした。物価が高いので相応の内容だったと思います。"

"ホテル自体、安全で清潔で問題ありませんでした。清掃がちょっと遅い時間(夕方16時くらい)のときもありましたが、総じて清潔です。ただしホテル付近も安全ですが、ちょっとしたものを買うような場所はないです。"
