「Perks.... location, t.p., dishwasher and washing machine pods, easy access, quiet, parking, communication with host, mattress and pillows acceptable.Cons....I didn't find any updates, wouldn't call it beautiful. Inadequate kitchen linens, & supplies for cooking meals. Bed had no blanket. Heavy grease, buildup throughout the kitchen, cupboard doors, switch plates, floor. 「Overall I would say the property is "just ok." My POV is based on the fact that we stayed for 2 weeks (needs are very different than a couple of nights). On a positive side I think the location is excellent (anything you need is close by). The property manager was excellent and handled everything perfectly.On a "needs improvement side" there are several things. 「Easy access, nice space and amenities 」

「I never received any check in instructions and ended up having to send a message to the host an hour before check in to ask for details including the location. The main reason I chose this place was because I wanted to hang out and relax in the back yard with the firepit. When I arrived, I found there was no propane tank for the fire pit and no wood for the chiminea.Not a great location, either, but it was clean and the hot tub was nice.」

「We arrived and the AC was broken. Took a shower and there were exactly 2 towels, one for each of us. Ended up asking for refund and received 25%. The host was nice and very apologetic, but I would not choose to stay in the property again. 」

「Conveniently located near the things we wanted to see and do. Enjoyed the Edgewater Public Market for a casual dinner. Lots of families with kids there. Meow Wolf Art experience was a short drive away and really interesting. Also walked around Sloan Lake. The condo was reasonable, but the kitchen needed some more things to make it functional. (I gave the host a list, hopefully it will be augmented.) Also note that it is on the second floor so you have to carry your luggage up the stairs. 」

「The property was so thoughtfully outfitted that there wasn’t a thing we needed they didn’t have. We really enjoyed the tennis courts and park, and the multilevel layout was so perfect for our extended families’s privacy. The host was very responsive and we couldn’t be happier.」

「This small apartment has everything you need to live in the Denver area for a few days. It is quiet, well-maintained and secure. There are many places to enjoy a great meal in the DTC neighborhood, and it is close to Cherry Creek Park. We used the space as a base camp, to travel back and forth to visit family in east Aurora. The only downside is the living room furniture. There is one worn out hide-a-bed couch to sit on. It is extremely uncomfortable to sit on it to watch tv or read. I...
