「スタッフがとても親切です。交通機関のことなど親身になって相談に乗ってくれました。 部屋を含めホテル内の設備が綺麗に保たれています。とても快適に過ごせました。徒歩圏内にはショッピングモールもあり、飲食には全く困りません。 オークランド中心街へもバスが頻繁に走っており、道路も専用バスレーンがあるので、スムーズに行き来できます。」

「部屋の広さも充分あり、洗濯機、乾燥機、冷蔵庫、キッチンがしっかり付いていたので、長期での滞在もいいかなぁと思った。夏の滞在で、タカプナビーチまでは10分ほどで着くためのんびりビーチを楽しむことができた。朝食は本当に軽食（サラダ、チーズ、ハム、パン、ヨーグルト、シリアル等）しかなく、卵料理やコーヒー紅茶は別料金なので、キッチン付きの部屋なら近くのスーパーで買ってきて、料理をしてもいいかもしれない。」

「We asked for staying at non smoking room. However the room was too smelly like smoking room and we felt very sick only after 5mins after entering the room. Therefore we checked out only after 2 hours. We could not get the refund from this hotel manager. Never stay at this hotel again and not recommend to the other people.」
