「Seamless check-in, front desk was excellent, very good communication with host, very spacious and comfortable. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again! 10 out of 10 for sure」

「Nasty office. Host ate the whole time I was checking in. Smoking table outside my room. A/C sounds like a roaring truck. Sticky floors. Used shampoo in bathroom. When you arrive add on $39 parking fee. A/C unit put in door next to bed. 」

「Very disorganized check-in process with long wait. The facility definitely seemed understaffed. The unit itself was pretty drab. Felt a bit like a jail cell or dorm room. View was obstructed. We didn’t even try swimming in the pools, which were spread out over the blocks and not near our unit as everything looked a bit run down. The only positive was the location— you can walk right out to the beach and it was nice to walk along the little strip— however it is very bar heavy and got a bit rowdy...

「Studio at the Seagull needs minor updating. Entrance to room on corner of building is awkward. Good for 1 or 2 nights stay. Very close to the beach which was a plus. If it weren't for the long brunette hair I found in the bedding and the fact that there were no beach chairs or beach towels as amenities I would rate this place much higher. 」

「今回、予約していた宿が勝手にキャンセルされていたため、当日あわてて探しました。リゾートの長期滞在向きで、ベッドは収納式で、今回のようなビジネスには少しなじまない感じです。滞在中は清掃を含めて有料サービスとなるため、少し割高な感じもしました。上や横の物音が響くため、日によってあたりはずれがある感じです。フロントは深夜早朝はセキュリティが対応するため、リクエストはフロントがいる時間に依頼しておく必要があります。」

「The property was very well maintained,super clean.The bed was very comfortable.The staff were very accommodating & friendly. We were there four nights & really enjoyed it. Ben who greeted us upon arrival was very professional and personable. He answers all your questions and makes sure you enjoy your stay. The cafe on the 1st floor was a nice addition.We"ll be back.」

「Location was great and only a block from the beach. They would not clean the room during the 5 day stay- was told it was not our day when we requested it. There was an upcharge for parking $77 and an undefined service charge that could not be identified, but was mandatpry $150. Breakfast was on a different property andnhard to find. We DO NOT RECOMMEND.」

「We got the deluxe apartment. The place is nice, spacious, with a full kitchen and lots of wardrobes. It has a weird jacuzzi / shower space, not recommended if you have mobility problems. Parking on site is tricky, after hours if your designated space was taken is difficult to get directions on what to do. The biggest downside for us were the curtains. They had an electric system that was broken, in addition to the fact the curtains themselves did not prevent the light to go through. Anyhow, we...
