"The apartment is just off of Belt Line Road near Addison. This puts it close to innumerable restaurants. It's in a residential area so overall pretty quiet. WiFi was fast, and the neighborhood felt safe. Has a wash/dryer in the apartment. The apartment has a good layout. It's a 2nd floor apartment. The owner responds very quickly to messages. Overall a good rental. One star off due to living room furniture being a little small and uncomfortable and the kitchen not having any...

No drawers available for clothes, so have to live out of suitcases- a few hangers in the closets. Two suitcase racks provided. Nice little patio out back. Dryer did not get hot. Very walkable neighborhood with restaurants and Whole foods nearby."

"Didn’t get into property until 4:30 pm due to “cleaners” not being done. The owner didn’t tell how to enter the property and the cleaning lady said to make sure doors were locked at night due to safety! Once entering building it had a weird odor and was no clean. Bedding was nasty, broken fan and light in one room (fan was hanging half way off the ceiling) house was extremely hot and couldn’t turn air on, shower was dirty, food left in the fridge, tv didn’t work, and we found roaches. "There less than 24 hours but close to passport office which is what we were Dallas for. Hotel is older but clean. Staff was super attentive and friendly. Rooms were nice and cool. Bed very comfortable. Nice and spacious rooms. Only issue, couldn’t figure out the hot water in the shower in the morning. No time to worry about it. Overall, nice stay. Most affordable option in town for the night so felt it was worth it. "
