"Surprisingly good. I was a bit worried when reading google review, turns out this hotel became my favourite spot for the whole trip. The Onsen and food are just perfect. Onsen area is well maintained, variety of choices and clean water. Food is in room service, so you can take the time to enjoy without any distractions. Only thing is that my room is close to the elevator, but it’s quiet in general. "

"Property need to go through some upgrades. Stay at room 346 for 3 nights. Room ceiling has dust and moulds around washing sink. It is also noisy in the middle of the night can hear noise , push/dragging if furniture sound coming from the dining area cause room is directly above it. Bed sheets has holes too , lol. Onsen is nice however the drying/ beauty area has 2 hair dryer not in working condition. May not be worth the $ . "

"Lots of tourists don’t have manor in the public bath. They don’t tell them rules. A lady stand in the middle of the onsen and start to doing exercises. I don’t want to see that while we are all naked. They are loud too. During the onsen and in the morning on the hallway. "
