All the staff were incredibly friendly, the facilities were spotless, and the location was convenient—close to the station and perfect for a family trip. Even the shampoo and body wash were high-quality; nothing was lacking. I’ll definitely stay here again next time I visit Tokyo.」

「Very nicely appointed & functional rooms A very short walk from ueno station Washer-dryer in room was very practical , in fact the entire layout of the room , rain shower, sectional sofa bed, fridge-freezer, kitchen sink+hotplate was next level. Highly recommend」
