"Had a great weeklong stay at this house. House was clean and well stocked with advertised amenities. The location is great. Everything seems to be a 1-2 minute walk away. Shim-Mikawashima station (Kesei Line) was super convenient and only a minute away. 3 konbinis, a launderette, a great bakery (Bakeries Lab), confectionery shop and restaurants all within a 2 minute walk. The house is located in a very quiet Arakawa neighborhood that was nice to retreat to after loud, busy days in the city....

"좋았던 점 화장실, 샤워실이 1층, 2층에 각각 2개씩 위치해 있어, 여러명이 사용하기 편하였음. 내부에 세탁기가 있는데, 건조 기능까지 포함되어 있어 유용하였음. 1층에 에어컨 1대, 2층 침실에 에어컨이 2대 설치되어 있어 더운 여름에도 정말 시원하였음. 불편한 점 앞의 좁은 골목과 방음이 잘 되지 않음. 수건 리필과 청소 등의 서비스는 제공되지 않음. 주변 시설 닛포리역에서 도보로 20분. 우구이스다니역에서 도보로 10분 정도로 대중교통 타기에 정말 편한 위치였음. 바로 앞에 편의점과 라이프 슈퍼마켓이 있어 장보기에도 편리함. 기타 입실일 몇일 전에 메일을 통하여 체크인 링크가 전달 되었으며, 모든 절차가 무인으로 진행 되었음. 체크인을 완료하면 도어락 비밀번호를 알려줌. 방 안에서 문을 여는 버튼이 문 오른쪽 벽에 붙어있으니 주의 필요."

" Stayed here for my last week on a month long solo trip. Took a while to check in. You have to pre-check in first on a link, and take a picture of your passport. On check in day, you have to take a selfie of yourself to match your passport photo. It kept denying me saying faces dont match. Really frustrating after 20 minutes of trying. First impression was the house is really small. If you're planning to rent for a group, I would say 4 people would be max. The dining/tv area is really tight....

"this is my first time in Japan. luckily, I found this neat house in Tokyo, Japan. this Vacation house is a real house, which has everything inside. the location is great, 10 minutes walk from train station, which is very important for a group people without a car in Tokyo. the host , Ashley and her husband , are very nice people, they explain everything to us and prepared everything we may need in the stay. "Clean place overall, good facilities (e.g. gym and laundry) and excellent service. Room rather small (like other hotels apparently). It is not close to major touristic areas (which might be actually good for some); however, good location for moving around with subway (there are two stations nearby). Overall, very happy with this hotel. I would book again."

"Hotel is clean. Bed is comfy and good size for two people. Room is also decent size for Tokyo. Staff are super kind and helpful. Hotel is in a quiet and convenient area but walking distance to all the fun locations. It is also right beside the subway entrance. Highly recommend. I would stay here again. "

"What an excellent stay at the APA Rygoku Eki! Our 1st time at an APA hotel. Twin room was compact but very functional. Space under the bed for storing suitcases. Bathroom is tight, but efficient. Great showerhead! Also liked the shampoo/conditioner/shower gel. Refills everyday of towels, toothpaste, cups/coffee. Very quiet too. We barely heard anyone for our whole 5nite stay. Six elevators get busy at certain times, but never too much of an issue. Beds were very comfy & A/C worked great. Had a Lawson’s in the hotel which was handy for snacks/dinner/breakfast/drinks. Only a few minutes stroll to Rygoku Station and right beside the sumo wrestling arena. A couple of km’s walk from Senso-ji Temple, so that was handy."
