「We traveled to attend a celebration of life for family. We felt very comforted and at peace in this great little place. We found ourselves saying okay let's go home at the end of each day out and about.」

「This property was even cuter than the pictures! Peaceful and quiet, full kitchen, working fireplace and lots of natural light. Only note is that the mattress and pillows were very soft. We will 100% be returning」

「The apartment is very clean, and literally has everything you could need. It was such a sweet and comfortable place to stay. The location is amazing as well. I really enjoyed my time in Newport and would definitely stay again.」

「Place was as depicted. Great place to stay, especially for beach access. You might want to note that this unit is on about 70th street, and the boardwalk doesn't start until about 40th. If you want more isolated beach play, this is great but not so great if you want to walk/eat by the boardwalk. Had a small issue with the water heater, but we resolved it ourselves. Warning - This unit is on the main floor. If the upstairs guests are noisy, you can hear everything. If they're quiet, no problem....

「We come in every year for the holidays to visit family. It is a great location with access to Balboa and Newport. It is right in between the bay and the coastline. Fair warning the interior doors are not solid so if you need quiet for littles to nap this may not be the place for you. The attached patio is nice to sit and enjoy the gorgeous weather.」

「We stayed for 9 days. The location was great for morning walks around the island, enough space for two to relax and unwind. Nice and bright, just like the photos, and a lovely view of the bay. All the amenities except for a washer/dryer but we have family nearby so it wasn’t a problem. Even parking wasn’t a concern. The bed was great too. 「This may not apply to everyone, but we stayed here for 2 nights and while the location was perfect, the WiFi was atrocious. The TV would often disconnect, as would our phones. But, what was worse was that I was trying to work from the property for a couple of days and the WiFi wouldn't connect or when it did it was so unreliable to make attending meetings impossible. A very frustrating experience. I tried all of the backup WiFi networks the property manager suggested and none were any...

「Pro's: Cute neighborhood and apartment. Close to coffee houses and restaurants. Nice harbor location. We rented a Duffy electric boat to tour the harbor. Party town with staggering wealth. Biggest Ferrari dealership ever seen (and I've been to Maranello). Cons: An airliner passes overhead every 3-minutes. Smells like a sewer when the tide goes out. Jam-packed with other residences. Parking is challenging.」
