「Property was clean and well furnished. We were welcomed with fresh cut flowers, chocolate, and a bottle of wine. It is cozy-- it is an upstairs unit with sloping attic walls, though that generally was not a problem and the space is well designed to accommodate. We appreciated the convenient location and had a comfortable stay. 」

「Excellent set up and location.」

「Enjoyed our short stay here. Location was definitely the highlight as it is a perfect spot to walk Newport downtown area for sights, restaurants, shopping, coffee etc. We did not have any issues with access or safety and felt comfortable with our kids in tow. Parking was hit or miss but expected during busy summer season and we overall did pretty well finding a spot. Would definitely return in the future」

「Stayed for 2 nights with a friend. Very clean, nice amenities. Super close to center of town in a nice neighborhood. Was able to park on the property. Host responses were very quick. Would easily stay here again - and Newport is awesome.」

「All of us agreed it was definitely one of the better Vrbo stays we have been in. It’s a cozy weekend stay with good air conditioning and amenities. The instructions to enter were clear enough that it was easy to enter and start our stay. The shower was pleasant. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and towels were provided, which was unanticipated but nice! The fridge and extra closet space was nice and the desks and tv were nice for getting some work done.」

「This property was very nice.Spacious with a kitchen, living room and two bedrooms. One bathroom was sufficient. The location was excellent. Half a block from downtown with shops and restaurants. Very walkable location and had enough parking for 2 cars.」

「Great location. The apartment was welcoming and Barbara was accommodating when we arrived early. We truly enjoyed our stay!」

「We had a great stay. Place was big and walkable to places. The fifth person did not have an actual bed they just slept on the couch. 」

「Very nice, pet-friendly place! Super convenient location to everything to do downtown in Newport. The place was very clean, easy to access, and the coded doors meant convenient access (no fumbling with keys/key exchanges, etc.). The other guests were respectful of the quiet rules. The bed and furniture were comfortable, and everything worked great! Super stay and I would stay here again.」
