「We always wanted to visit the Baseball Hall of Fame - the cottage is a short ride and very close to Cooperstown so ideal location for us. Scott and his friendly pup Shoog greeted us, and Scott was very helpful and responsive to our questions. The cottage was very clean and comfortable, and the nearby restaurants were terrific. We had a very nice stay and enjoyed beautiful weather and fall colors!」

「We were in town for my son's baseball tournament. The cottage was a great getaway from the crowds and lines of Cooperstown. Beautiful, private spot. The hosts were very kind, and easy to communicate with. We will always remember this trip! 」

「Where to begin? We loved the uniqueness of this building, and how it felt free of bugs and warm and cozy. The wood burning stove was not even needed, but we used it and enjoyed it anyways! I especially appreciated the products in the home that were either unscented or scented with essential oils. This was much appreciated! The only room for improvement might be a more comfortable bed, but even this wasn't terrible and would not inhibit us from returning in the future. We loved the small touches...

「The sunrise over the lake with the fall colors just staring to pop was exactly what we were looking for. Crisp mornings on the dock with a cup of coffee. The outdoor space couldn’t be better. The house has some quirky upstate New York charm that makes it feel more cozy than upscale. We did enjoy some giggles. Tina was quick to respond to any query we had, both before and during our stay. 」

「Everything was as advertized. nothing bad to say. just an issue with the electronic lock(it had been changed but not updated) we couldn't go in the house with the code but my daughter called Denise and was all fixed within minutes. We were ther for a hockey tournament. Was perfect for us, parked the cars on friday and didn't have to touch them again. Everything was within walking distance. Would recommend highly and will probably be back again if we have to come back again.」
