"The rooms were very clean and the cleaning staff did an amazing job each day. The casino was clean and there was a variety of slot machines. The breakfast buffet was very good and offered a wide variety of food options."

"We had cockroaches in our room, the bathroom handle came off and had to have that repaired. The AC ran only half the time. I upgraded our room to get a fridge and that barely kept our beverages cold. Most hotels have a 24/7 business center for guests to use and yours is attached to a Fed Ex office. Paid a daily resort fee but if i wanted to use Saunas and Fitness areas i had to pay extra. Shower had half a door and water got everywhere. I was offered early check-in and when we went to check in was told it was not an option. when i did check-in i asked for no maid service and yet they still showed up. I am extremely disappointed and probably would never stay here again."

"I liked the location, but my hotel wasn’t cleaned the next day unless you requested it. There was pretty much one channel to watch unless you pay for more than one channel and my window was dirty from the outside so I didn’t see the sphere in clean view."

"The self-park garage is far from the hotel lobby and not the easiest to find. Our bed didn't have a fitted sheet and had a flat sheet instead so the mattress kept getting exposed under our feet, which was a little annoying. Our resort room was nice and spacious otherwise. I like that they had a separate adults-only pool. The central location of the hotel was a huge plus - it was very convenient to walk around the strip. "
