"The overall property is clean. Had to call once for room to be cleaned and only towels brought up. Next day I had to ask a housekeeper to make sure to clean our Roman. You are charged resort fees daily but given no refund. Also charged for getting the room earlier. Waited 15 minutes and then registered to save $20. no line up and the staff was just waiting for guests. Those 15 minutes caused the casino play time. Some table games dealers not very helpful when learning a game. I had to help my family member set their hand in Pia Gow. They even asked to fold your hand if not winner. I requested they were learning. Just being lazy!!! We have stayed with. Harrahs for years but unfortunately not anymore. Very disappointed. Reserved Mountain View got parking lot review. A place to stay, not a place to play;0("
