"Our check-in and the staff were lovely upon arrival. However, things went downhill from there. Our room had no consistent hot water. The front desk staff arranged for the engineering team to check on this twice but the issue was unresolved throughout our 4-night stay. We did not receive housekeeping on three days, despite multiple requests for our room to be serviced (regular services such as garbage removal, fresh towels, making the beds). We even ran out of body wash. When I went to the front desk to request more body wash, the staff said they didn’t have any to supply at the front desk, and that it would take 1 hour for housekeeping to deliver it to the room. This was late at night and we needed to bathe our child to put them to sleep. The WiFi service was inconsistent - it was limited to two devices per day but did not refresh every 24 hours like it was supposed to. And last but not least, we discovered dried blood on the bedsheets on our last night. The staff members were unhelpful and the hotel manager, Andrew, was unkind and did not work to resolve the issues. "
