"Check-in was an absolute mess. Had my confirmation number and ID in hand and it still took almost 30 minutes "

"We got in at 730 pm the line to check in was super long. We finally get to our room and we had no blankets or pillows for the pull out bed had to wait 2.5 hours to get them even offering to go get them ourselves but they just kept saying they would be coming. At the pool you don’t have shade unless you pay for it. We asked if they could put up the 12 umbrellas that were tied shut as it was 95 degrees outside. Again was told no it was against policy. As we are leaving the pool area the metal base of the umbrella was under the sand and I sliced my toe on it. It was ugly with blood all over they gave me a voucher for $100. Going home sunburnt and a wrapped up foot that is now swollen and looks infected. Not happy! "

"The food at this hotel was awhful and i mean awhful the buffet over priced tasted terrible and the stafd was rude and unpleasent and annoying"

"It was good took a while to get a drink when gambling but was good and price was good."

"It was so loud in my room (from the music below), I couldn't sleep until 3 or 4 am (when the heavy besting music fianlly stopped and when I told the hotel that, they offered me $30 credit. When I got my final bill, they never gave me the credit. Boo."

"No hiccups from Ck-in to Ck-out. Excellent experience. Dining at the Prime Steakhouse was excellent. The Chilean sea bass and fillet were superb."

"Outdated bathroom, pool was closed but staff was great and it connects to the Paris hotel where all the great stuff is. Location is 10/10 "
