「Long lines at checkin and could not find our reservation because VRBO had outsourced the reservation to another company. While the room was nice, it was not like the pictures. It was described as a large suite but it was a regular room with two queen beds. There was no soap in the bathroom and no extra blankets. When we requested they said they would send to our room in 20 minutes, however at 12:30 AM, they hammered on the door, woke everyone up and handed us a small bar of soap. Even though...
