The staff, very nice & professional. Sheets & towels nice & clean. The bed & pillows comfy. The floors were not vacuumed or mopped. There was pet hair all over the floor. Furniture was not wiped down, but bathroom was clean. Shower had nice pressure and hot water. Air conditioner was sufficient.

Pet friendly, nice location, clean and comfortable room, but don't run the AC and outdated Microwave at the same time! (Blew the breaker.) Shower curtain inadequate to keep water inside the shower pan. The worst part was the kiosk staff were very difficult to understand and asked why I was checking out early... it was 7 am on my departure day and none of his business!

Very easy to get checked in the attendant was very nice. Upon entering the room it looked ok until I looked in the bathroom and found a chunk of hair in the shower and when I pulled back the bedding there was hair in the sheets. First and last time I will stay there.

It was strange talking to an ai virtual machine. I'm not sure if it was a real person in another room or not. A little bit hard to understand his English Room was very clean. Good price dogs stay free that was a plus. No in room coffee had to go up to office and no refrigerator in room McDonald's very close by

I'm not too hard to please, especially when I've chosen to stay at a Motel 6. However, the check in process was terrible and took the better part of 20 minutes. There was no one at the front desk when we arrived with the exception of a "virtual check in assistant" (a screen with a man checking people in). His English skills were insufficient for this job and the poor Hispanic couple checking in couldn't understand is requests. I finally stepped in to help them since there were 4 of us in line to check into our rooms. After about 10 minutes of me helping this couple check in a gentleman finally emerged from the back room to help. Our room was clean but the bathroom was in very poor condition. The bathroom floor was separated from the sub floor from water damage and the vinyl was torn and splintering because water pours out of the shower no matter how you arrange the shower curtain. This establishment could certainly use some basic TLC. On a positive note, our bed was clean and comfortable, the A/C worked great and there was sufficient parking.
