"The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The young who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. The coffee and vending machine service was just what we needed for our stay. The only facility item might be the handle on the toilet was difficult to push down which is a very minor issue. Would stay again. "

"Absolutely stunning views! Absolutely gorgeous home! Everything was immaculately and thoughtfully arranged: from the wifi password and host binder to the life jackets, hook placement, laundry room and extra linens - the host literally thought of everything! Bedrooms were arranged perfectly; each one had access to a bathroom or an attached bathroom. Loved the privacy inside. There are neighbors/homes on either side but we only heard roosters! Never heard or saw another person. We did not use the hot tub due to high winds but it was clean when we peaked inside. The location was perfect; 15 minutes from Sault St Marie and and hour from Tahquamenon Falls. HIGHLY reccomend this lovely cottage on the lake! We watched ships, sunsets and star gazed. It was a beautiful weekend with our family and we are so grateful to have had the opportunity to stay there."

"Very clean rooms and awesome customer service — the front desk staff were fantastic! Loved the hotel and definitely plan to stay again, next time for longer. It was just a short drive into the U.S., not far from the border. Interestingly, hotels on the Canadian side in the Soo were more expensive and didn’t have nearly as many amenities or updates. Great value and experience overall! 5+ stars!!! "

"We enjoyed our week stay a couple years ago, so booked it again for a two week stay this year. Beautiful place to stay for a relaxing vacation and convenient place to go visit attractions in the eastern UP. Had air conditioning and heat and all amenities. Clean and comfortable!"
