ニア ウエスト エンドのヴィラ

「This property is definitely not an 8 star rating. The front desk operator was having issues with the pay system and decided to run my card 8 times in a row instead of waiting until they got the system fixed. Then the rooms had an old smell.」

「以前も泊まっていますが、いつも通りに素晴らしい場所でした。チェックインアウトはスムーズ。食事はシンプルながらも美味しい。」

「The staff were very helpful and considerate, the rooms were clean, parking was sufficient. I thought the bed was too hard. The thermostat did not work in our room which we did not know until our second night when we needed heat. The staff was willing to offer another room, but we decided we just needed a couple of more blankets and did fine. Nice place to stay and close to everything.」

「Very clean, friendly staff. Could use a little touch up paint here and there. Beds were not very comfortable.」
