「The is a great property in a nice location. We only stayed for one night as we were in town after the death of a family member. This was an easy, family-friendly last minute booking. There was plenty of parking and room to stay comfortably for one night with a 6-year-old and four adults. Having a backyard with chairs was nice and we enjoyed walking around the quiet neighborhood. It was also close to grocery stores and a Ross, j crew factory, dsw and other stores. The host is very helpful, ...

「Nice location and a clean house made for an easy stay.」

「Really excellent property in a prime spot. High ceilings, full apartment amenities, sweet view of W Broad st. Host was super helpful with some initial check-in issues (that were caused by my inattentiveness) and seems like a generally cool dude. Just watch out for predatory parking enforcement in Richmond! They don't play.」

「Pamela’s basement suite was very clean and comfortable. She communicated quickly and easily with us. The suite had everything we needed and was very spacious. 」

「Great location. Comfortable layout, privacy for the bedrooms, well equipped kitchen. Nice to have access to a great backyard. I took my two labradors and they were extremely happy. Host was extremely responsive. Communications were clear and friendly.」

「The host was very accommodating and helpful. We had no problem getting into the house or modifying our reservation to check in an hour early. The house was clean and had all the amenities we needed. We had an easy five minute walk to West Cary street for coffee each morning and was also within walking distance of the VMFA. We had three kids with us and they were very happy, too.」

「We really enjoyed our stay, Friday - Sunday. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, clean, comfortable and spacious. Street park was easily available and the location is good. Note: as stated in the description, the area is very close to VCU, lots of students living in the area. They were very loud on Friday and Saturday late night into the early morning... bring earplugs, it helps a lot.」
