「The property, parking & rooms are beautiful. However…my daughter and I both had the worst sleep of our life here. It was so extremely uncomfortable (bed & pillows) we were up for 2 nights. Also, we got scammed upon checkin. Our reservation was cancelled and we were never called about the card we used on file. The staff member said “oh we cancelled alot of reservations this morning. But don’t worry we’ll just rebook it for you. Someone should’ve called you”. No one called, the price was double...

「Convenient location is what drew us to the hotel late arrival. Check in was smooth and room comfortable. The manager Tracy is very kind and quickly took care of a little mixup. We will def be back.」

「The staff was very nice. When I went to get into the bed,it was not made. The top sheet was just thrown on and the bottom sheet was not tucked in . I wondered if they changed the sheets from the last people in the room. The breakfast was not great. No yogurt or fresh berries. No pastries」

「Room was fairly clean, had to spot clean a few things and noticed a lot of dirt in the corners of floors. Everything looked pretty new, so just needs better upkeep. Staff wasn’t overly friendly. Rooms don’t have hair dryers like listed, they have one at the desk that you have to borrow. No room service, they don’t mention that or have any instructions. Had to ask at desk for more towels and they told me then that you have to return towels to the desk to get more. Cheap and good enough though if...
