"The only thing that we didn’t like was the bathroom. It was such a high step up to get in and out of the bathroom - it was dangerous for all ages."

"The rooms were lovely. Unfortunately the toiletries are not in the room only in the onsen which I didn’t find ideal. The garbages in the rooms are really tiny and I’m all for sustainability but this doesn’t really make a lot of sense when you’re catering to travellers in a City that doesn’t provide garbage facilities leaving them no choice but to bring it back to their hotels. Overall, this is a beautiful hotel with really wonderful staff. I just wanted to point out a couple things that could use tweaking. "

"Attentive staff, beautiful hotel and room! Large room with amenities inside which was a pleasant change up as our other hotels required grabbing amenities from the lobby. Location was great, right near major shopping and markets"

The location was very convenient, especially being close to the station, which made traveling with family much easier. The staff were professional, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were well designed, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Overall, it was a very positive experience and one of the hotels that made our time in Kanazawa even better. I would definitely recommend Hyatt Centric Kanazawa for anyone visiting the city, especially families or travelers who want comfort, convenience, and great service."
