I am currently a guest at your hotel, staying for six nights, and completed my three-day business trip on Sunday. My decision to book this specific property, both through Hotels.com and based on the hotel's own promotional materials, was heavily influenced by the advertised presence of a swimming pool. I specifically reserved the latter half of my stay (three days) for rest and relaxation, with the intention of utilizing this facility. Upon concluding my work commitments on Sunday and preparing to start my holiday, I was informed by hotel staff that the hotel does not possess a swimming pool. This direct contradiction of advertised features—a key selling point—constitutes a clear misrepresentation of the product being sold. The sudden removal of a primary recreational amenity has severely undermined the quality of my planned holiday experience and directly contradicts the expectations set by your property's marketing. This is not a case of a temporary closure, but a complete absence of an advertised feature. Please make sure to contact the property before staying to make sure the location provides all the services the advertising.
