The Staff were welcoming and ready to help any time. The room was clean and they left the guest to choose whether his room to be cleaned. Breakfast was generous with wide variety of food. Manal on the front desk was super helpful. They Gym and swimming pool were clean and the staff accommodating. Being Expedia member, I was upgraded to a bigger room upon arrival, and given the discount as advertised. On my departure, I was given a voucher to get discounts in Millennium hotels worldwide.

The location was great, very quiet, clean and enough walking area but the word 'downtown' is little misleading. Not many nearby shops or places to walk-in to some eateries but with a nice beautiful marina around and the skyscapes, it was a wonderful place to stay. The restaurant staff were amazing, kind, courteous and helpful so was the people who made the room everyday. Excellent food, great staff around, certainly will visit again.

The staff at this hotel are amazingly caring and helpful. They respond to every request. A couple of times I had to ring several times but over the course of the stay the front desk, breakfast staff and cleaners were brilliant. My TV kept resetting due to poor internet which is the only reason I didn’t give it an overall 5 stars as there was no English Channel available. The location and area made it extra special

Great localization, near Dubai mall and Burj Kalifa, but the hygiene in the hotel was poor. The housekeeping forgot on multiple occasions to give us towels and toilet paper. The bed sheets was never changed during our 3 night stay. Found some hairs on the covers. Overall the location is amazing but the hotel is subpar. The staff were friendly.
