The hotel is very well located in Downtown and all the staff were very attentive. The hotel was very high quality and we would recommend it. "Pros: The room and the staff were amazing, the hotel is very clean, the location is excellent. Cons: my room was on the 9th floor with city view and was near the main road and the bridge and you can hear the cars crossing the bridge all day and all night even if the windows were closed. When I asked the front desk about breakfast they told me 100 AED and when I went directly to dining room they charged me 150 AED, and I was told that the difference was because I didn’t go through the front desk...

"This hotel was absolutely amazing. From the interior and the staff dedication. Only downside would be there was no access for pushchair as I had a small baby but other than that the staff were amazing and welcoming especially during our stay. Would def recommend this hotel as it is a 10 min walk to Dubai mall and it was convenient for us if the little one got irritable. "
