The lady who checked us in was so polite and friendly. We had a great conversation with her. She could also see on our booking notes that I requested for a late check-out on the day of our departure due to our flight being at night. She promised a 4pm check-out time which was so appreciated by us. Our room was spotless, spacious and just beautiful. It was an extremely comfortable and memorable stay for us. Thank you very much for making our 10th wedding anniversary what it was!

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times over the past 3–5 years, and unfortunately the atmosphere has changed significantly. While the property itself is still well located and comfortable, the overall vibe no longer feels family-friendly. In the evenings especially, there is a noticeable presence of adult nightlife activity in and around the hotel, which can feel uncomfortable if you’re traveling with children or young family members. Sadly, it no longer offers the refined, relaxed environment it once did.

Loved my 2 days stay in this hotel. Thank you for the early check in, much appreciated. The room was big, amenities very good and the bed was very conducive for sleeping. It was all i needed after a day of exploring. Very positive experience and will highly recommend. Will bring the whole family in the future.

Fantastic hotel which was immaculate, it has amazing staff and stunning views from our Club Suite. Great location with Metro literally on the doorstep. Wonderful food, the breakfasts were delicious and plentiful with a vast choice and there was a Gluten-Free Station. The children were well-catered for too. Thank you to all staff, everyone was professional, friendly and attentive.

Short Dubai break

Perfect location near Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. The rooms were fabulous and the service could not have been better.
