We had an awesome time at One and Only, The Palm. The hotel is immaculate, absolutely beautiful and the service was outstanding throughout our stay. A special mention to our host Delly and the bell staff Faruk, Abdul and Rahul - these just name a few but all the staff were lovely and nothing was too much trouble. 11/10 time! The hotel was the best I have ever stayed at and I have traveled quite a bit around the world. Reception went above and beyond accommodating my brother and I. The managers were excellent with their hospitality and services. I recommend anyone and everyone to stay here, it's a must!

This property is so beautiful. It is the oasis for relaxation if one is looking for a relaxing vacation at the pool or beach. The service is exceptional and the staff is so kind and nice. They go above and beyond. The food is always fresh and delicious! We love it!

What a beautiful and peaceful resort. It was a wonderful experience staying here. You will not find the service and friendliness of the staff anywhere else. The swimming pools are great! The breakfast is delicious. If you want peace and quiet and value for money, the One&Only is the right place for you. I would also like to thank Jalal and Abdul for their kindness and being so helpful.

In dining service very very poor. Manager apologetic. FD check in very very very poor. Knowledge of booking conditions very very poor. Empathy of the FD staff during check in with a baby was zero. Required us to highlight the basiics! Hotel is nice, remaining staff is friendly, acessibilities with a baby stroller not terrific. . Buffet restaurant staff was brilliant. Such a pitty with so much potential. Beautiful location and rooms.

From the moment we arrived, our experience at this hotel was nothing short of perfection. The warm, welcoming greeting set the tone for what would be an unforgettable stay. Check-in was seamless, with a comfortable seating area provided, making us feel instantly at ease. As we walked through the grounds toward our room, we were captivated by the breathtaking surroundings. Every detail of the landscaping was immaculate, creating a truly serene and picturesque setting. The villa housing our room was stunning, and upon entering, we were blown away by how beautifully designed and well-appointed our accommodation was. What truly set this experience apart was the exceptional service. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was flawless, anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. Every aspect of our stay, from the ambiance to the hospitality, was simply perfect. We couldn’t have asked for more!

One of the best, luxury resort in Dubai

I can’t but say positive things about this beautiful One & Only The Palm resort. Everything was well thought, service extremely attentive and positive, as well the atmosphere is just very tranquil.

This was the best hotel that I have ever stayed in. The service was unbelievable. The staff were amazing and their attention to detail was incredible. Jahirul and Farouk were fantastic. I highly recommend anyone looking for an ultra luxurious experience to stay here.
