"My suite was clean and neat. The staff immediately greeted me upon entering the front door and immediately helped me with check-in. They offered information regarding upgrades for my suite and arranged transportation when I needed it. Someone sent me flowers and they weee delivered to my room. My clothes were washed and folded as request. My undergarments weren’t properly cleaned since I was leaving the next day there was no time to have them laundered again. The proper is absolutely beautiful. The Spa was fabulous. I enjoyed my first time in Dubai. It was a wonderful experience. New Year’s Eve celebration was really nice as well. The hotel was easy to find and close to where I needed me to go even with rush hour traffic."

"Check in was smooth. Rooms were clean. Each had 2x 500ml of water, kettle, instant coffee/tea and bathroom amenities. Lighting was adequate. Got a 2nd floor room with poor view but was ok as was just staying the night. Included breakfast was extensive. Selection of bakes, cereals, hot food, etc."

"the room was nice and cozy and the staff was very friendly. They give as much as water, just you need to return the glass bottle thats it, which was great. Room was also clean and room service came everyday to clean it but we only used in twice. Its just a bit far from any metro station so you need to rely on Cabs but overall a great location."
