"This hotel has exceptionally good customer service, every single member of staff went above and beyond to meet your wants. Lots to do within the grounds like many restaurants shops activities . I particularly liked the safe beach and calm swimming water. There were minor stuff like cleaner over tidying if that is possible but with good intent I suppose. Can’t wait to visit again "

"Great place to relax and unwind on the private beach. Excellent choice of food in the buffet. We had breakfast and lunch all very very good. A little out and away from the main parts of Dubai on the Palm, however its really easy to travel by taxi to the main attractions. Only around £9 one way to the Dubai Marina Mall and around £18 one way to the Dubai Mall. Makes it a great place to stay. This time of year the breeze made the temperature bareable and with the addition of the cooler swimming pool you can certainly cope with the heat. All the staff go out of their way to help you."
