"Lovely hotel right behind the marina right in front of DMCC metro station. The staff were so nice upon arrival the room was kept lovely and special mention to jamjar staff at the evening meal for being so helpful and nice "

"We had a great time in the hotel, it’s just a few minute walk to the metro station. Rooms were nice, the cleaning was great. The only issue is with the front desk. they are rude and not nice at all. The one that was checking us in, wanted to swtich our room to a more basic one even thought we paid for a better one. Wasn’t helpful at all unil the manager was able to solve the issue. The rest of the front dest stack is just rude and not nice. Cleaning staff in the other hand are great ans friendly. "

"Went for our honeymoon. They did a little surprise for us. Was nice. Generally the hotel is great though. A combination of great staff and facilities. The breakfast is a must as it’s probably the best mix of everything. The staff were great. Nice gym with small sauna and steam rooms which weren’t expected! The hotel from the roadside doesn’t give it justice to how grand it is. "
