Lovely large modern room with comfortable bed. Clean new functional property with a decent breakfast. The pool area was ok I think the main pool area was closed for work while I was there? Biggest drawback is the location it is rather detached from main attractions however it is convenient to get to airport.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, everyone was friendly, professional, and attentive. Our rooms were always spotless, and any time we had questions, the front desk responded promptly and took care of everything. The breakfast experience was exceptional — Isurika and Jordan were always welcoming and made us feel right at home. Star was equally amazing, always friendly and making sure we had everything we needed. And a huge shoutout to Shemar, who went above and beyond. He always had a taxi ready for us and provided solutions for any questions or requests we had, making our stay completely stress-free. The level of service here truly sets this hotel apart. We felt cared for every step of the way and cannot recommend it highly enough!

Check in took some time but was smooth , late check out accommodated .. Funny thing on a Sunday room was not cleaned till 5 in the evening, and then I gave a call to the reception, and then cleaned..

Always a winner

This is a repeat stay at the Holiday Inn Business Bay and the reason I keep coming back is because of the exceptional service. The staff are simply amazing, attentive and very helpful. Very new hotel with spacious and well decorated room which are always well kept.
