「The property was very clean and conveniently attached to a restaurant/bar. The staff were AMAZING! The young lady at the reception desk was full of smiles and let us borrow a uk plug for our chargers! We only brought America plugs! Also, Sara Jean in the restaurant was absolutely wonderful! She made me feel very welcome and gave us some good advice for what to do in York! It was such a great experience! I recommend if you’re looking for a quiet spot out in the country! 」
「Loved staying at Abbey Strand! Very historic building but with all modern conveniences. Quiet part of Royal Mile away from noise & traffic but easy walk to anywhere. No air conditioning but temps are generally cooler. Definitely recommend a stay when in Edinburgh.」
「We had a phenomenal stay at the Ocean Mist. The rooms were so comfortable and well designed. The location of the boat was perfect for our adventures in Edinburgh and Leith, including its proximity to the tram. There are plenty of nearby restaurants that are steps away from the boat. We appreciated the breakfast to get each morning started each day. It was an extra plus to visit the bar and enjoy drinks on the deck, whilst enjoying the sunshine and people watching.」
