Excellent location in Edinburgh and 3mins walk from the tram… fabulous restaurants on the doorstep just loved location. Room and facilities fab for weekend break, we ate out each day had a drink in the hotel bar staff all just lovely highly recommend for an Edinburgh break

Terrific hotel. Leith is a terrific area of Edinburgh with fantastic pubs and restaurants. Walking around basin and waterfront is quite lovely. Great room, terrific staff

Great location but a wee bit tired now.

Check in was great, room 203 was looking onto a building and the room and bathroom was very tired but clean. Staff were excellent and friendly, breakfast was great and lots of choice.
