「The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was nice. Our room was MOSTLY clean (although there were visible coffee stains on the bed spread, and a glossy kiss-mark on the wall). We did have to find staff to get more toilet paper, as our room was not serviced during our stay. We did enjoy their proximity to stores and waterfalls. Also, as a heads up to visitors- some of the pictured amenities were not there at the time of our visit. When we were there the outdoor eating area shown in pictures...

「We have been staying at a lot of hotels this summer for baseball And I try to get name brand as in Fairfield inn by Marriott if I possible,well not this one Room was so stagnant and ac filters may have been cleaned a yr ago ,room looked like it was cleaned quickly,found a empty jar of weed gummies by the couch,ran out of hot water both mornings,hallways and lobby were so hot and wasn’t even that hot outside, I usually only leave reviews if it’s a great place to stay It was still better than...

「Breakfast was a disappointment. Limited breads/muffins. Yogurt selection flavors limited. No microwaveable egg dishes ie bacon/egg/cheese selections. No individual milk selections ie 1 percent, etc」

「A/C was icy cold, but that’s a plus given that we were in the last throes of a major heat wave. The premises looked to be from the late ‘70s to early ‘80s and are showing it. Given that, a solid and more than tolerable one-night stay over.」

「The hotel was not what I expected, the breakfast buffet was barely stocked a comment was made by a staff member that they keep minimal out due to the sports teams that come through. I was on the 3rd floor and the carpets clearly had not been vacuumed in a long time. The garbage in the hall by the elevators were overflowing and not emptied during my 2 day stay. I chose this hotel and paid more to stay here compared to other hotels expecting a clean and comfortable stay.」

「The hotel was clean but needed some updating. The staff was friendly, and the cookies and water in the lobby were a nice touch. My biggest complaint was the cost. We were there for our daughter's graduation from Cornell and the nightly rate was 3 times more than usual. But, it seems that most of the other hotels in the area also took advantage of the demand and price gouged.」

「From the moment I pulled in I was worried. The sign was dilapidated, rusty and worn out. Walked in the lobby was greeted by a friendly young man. Check in was fast and simple. Was given a room on the first floor close to the lobby. Carpet torn, wallpaper peeling at every seem, stains on wallpaper and carpet in hallway, smell of mildew. Once in my room, could smell Marijuana. The full length mirror had splatter on it. The bathroom floor was greasy, the bathtub was dirty by the drain, black mold...
