"The place is a great hotel but after a much exhausting travel day, I didn't arrive until 730pm and was informated the room STILL wasn't ready. Not a good thing ...especially 3hrs after normal check-in time. I find this unacceptable and the only thing that was given to me was a free drink voucher. "

"My wife and I stayed here during the great December blizzard of 2023. The staff could not have been more helpful. (a special shout-out to Tobias). While the hotel is not within walking distance of the historic city center, during non-blizzard times there is easy access by train and subway. And during the blizzard, we walked to the Nymphenburg Palace and some cute local cafés, which are all within a few blocks. Two thumbs up. "

"Aschheim is a cute little town very close to Munich & the Achat Hotel is very conveniently located. The staff is very helpful. Bus/Train to Munich is just across the street & very easy to navigate. The breakfast is very expensive, but there is a great bakery just a couple blocks away. Overall a great place to stay. "

Also there was a lot of renovation work going on that was messy and a little noisy but not that big of a deal. Nice little town with basic services. "The location is great. Even though is not in Munich, is very close from the station with shops all around, restaurants and all we needed. I didn't expect to have no reception, but that wasn't an issue. The only thing that I would change is the bed. I was with my fiance, and we got single beds together instead of a double bed, that is not the same, but it was comfortable. Tha k you very much for everything."
