"Our stay at the Charles Hotel in Munich was one of the best hotel stays we’ve had! We were upgraded to a junior suite upon arrival which was a pleasant surprise. Each morning we had a lovely breakfast in the Florio restaurant—really enjoyed the pretzels on offer in the buffet spread! It was perfect for visits to Munich's many Christmas Markets. Even when busy staff go out of their way to help. Linda and Baset in particular were wonderfully engaging. The courtyard garden and in house cafe all enhanced the experience."
