「The unit was very nicely finished and worked well for a family with the layout and beds. Really good location too. However, the apartment was really hot, even in mid-September - I saw this commented on in other reviews but thought by this time of year it would be okay, but I was wrong. The apartment is at street level and the ‘windows’ are effectively full length doors, making it a risk to leave them open. There were also frequently construction workers sat outside the apartment smoking, so...

「Great location. Lovely flat which was bigger than expected.」

「Could not get in front gate. Apartment was not as advertised. Bugs inside, toilet did not flush, a/c did not work, wires all around which seemed unneeded, duct tape over key in door on inside so could not lock the door while inside the apartment. Safety concerns. Upon checking in contacted host about issues, no offers to resolve any issues. Felt so unsafe that we left the apartment within an hour of arrival. Trying to work with host and holidu to receive refund as didn’t stay at all and...

「Show up and the host decides to change rooms that we are in with no notice and no reasons other that’s electrical issues. We booked a 3 bedroom and were switched to a 2 bedroom that was significantly smaller. There was bugs all over and the bathrooms and kitchen were extremely gross. Poor experience for the price. The reviews and stars do not match the experience. Do not book this.」

「Very friendly and attentive host who watches over all the 20 units in this building. With a quick WhatsApp message, he was always quick to come and assist with anything we needed (more toilet paper, etc.). You will need to use Google translate (into German). Lots of space for this family of 5 (king in primary, single in 2nd bedroom, 2 flip out sofas in living room). Kitchen has limited plateware/pots/pans/tools for cooking. Location is great. Loved staying in this multicultural neighborhood...
