「The staff provided exceptional assistance; however, the property itself presented several challenges, including issues with electrical outlets, an unpleasant odor, and unsatisfactory cleanliness in the restroom.」

「After we checked out they charged my CC for $7.49 for a wash cloth they said was stained which is ridiculous. Afterwards my wife starting checking other reviews on other sites and low and behold this is a common practice this hotel uses because most people won’t go back after them. Wrong with me. My CC company took care of this and I contacted their corporate office for such a despicable practice. No more Best Westerns for us. Don’t stay there.」

「This is a new property located close to where I live, I rented this room for family that came in town. There was plenty of parking when I pulled up. When I walked through the door the front desk was very helpful and got me checked in within minutes. Room was very clean and neat. The ac worked very well. They have a large refrigerator, microwave and stove top which was great. I highly recommend this place for a comfortable stay.」

「The first floor room I stayed in was spacious with a bathroom having grab bars wirh a walk in shower. The shower head was adjustable for height」

「Purchased 2 rooms. Both were supposed to have 2 queen beds and they were full sized beds instead. Bloody burgers on wall and a couple roaches in 1 room. Other room had whole all in curtains on the window and floor was so incredibly filthy that white socks turned black. The absolute worst place I've ever stayed in my life!」

「I stayed just one night due to the early morning flight next day. Because this hotel provides free shuttle between the hotel and the airport, it was so helpful for me. Staff are supportive and efficient and the bed was comfortable.」
