マウント ルックアウト ホテル

「Absolutely terrible. Not well maintained, dirty rooms, and the staff lied to us. Expedia said they would work with the hotel manager to get our refund and were unable. I’m very disappointed with Expedia and will never stay at Comfort Suites in Cincinnati again.」

「The staff is excellent and very helpful and friendly The room was very spacious, King Bed Executive Room and the bathroom was very spacious and well lit and clean My friends stayed in a room with 2 Queen beds, and they were actually Queen Beds! And their bathroom was also large spacious and clean The Restaurant in the hotel was excellent for breakfast lunch and dinner! And free parking beside the hotel. It’s located in a very nice area. Very safe and quiet, yet there was great shopping and...

「家族で1泊利用。フレンドリーなスタッフ、新しくて清潔な部屋に不満はありません。 しかし街中にあるせいで、夜遅くまで暴走族が周囲を走り周り、ひどい騒音だった。 」

「The water didn’t get real hot, I don’t know if it was because they were sold out so the water was getting used. Also they don’t have a closed shower it was open, like they only had one piece of glass so water was getting on the floor. Other than those two things the stay was good.」

「非の打ち所がなかったです」

「客室は水回りも含めて清潔で良かった。売店のひとたちが親切だった。」

They said they have two or three of them and lots of people keep them in their rooms. That’s just not acceptable for people who...

「Wow! What a lovely new gem in our city! The interior decor has a great vibe! Please decorate my great room! Bar was cozy and had an amazing appetizer...deviled egg with chives and caviar! Wine list had very nice wines at a reasonable price! Our corner room was lovely! Bathroom huge and bed very comfortable! The only thing I missed was conditioner in the shower. I saw that they sold it downstairs, so I know they had it. Truly, a beautiful boutique hotel that my husband and I would return to...
