「Positives - beautiful hotel in great grounds. Had tea in the restaurant which was very good. Bed was huge. Negatives - couldn't get bath to work and my wife was kept awake during the night by noise in room next door. Use of the spa was £20 per person (which I was willing to pay) but was then told we couldn't use it until 5pm. We'd arrived at 3pm with plan to go in spa before our friends arrived later. 」

「Easy to access to/from Manchester airport. I spend 2 nights arrived and depart day. Room was super clean, staff are so polite and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel to spend the night before early departure day. Executive lounge is so useful to nibble some snacks at night time, also morning time, you can have some fruit and croissant. That was awesome. My kids love it.」

「とても清潔です。空港ターミナル２から徒歩数分だったのでとても便利でした。翌日の早朝の便に乗る予定だったので、飛行機に乗り遅れてしまう心配がないので、とても安心して滞在できました。」

「空港から徒歩3分程度の距離にあります。 部屋が大変綺麗でした。 ケトルとコーヒーメーカーが備え付けてあります。コーヒーや紅茶が置いてありました。 ドライヤーと衣類スチーマーもありました。 冷蔵庫はありません。 シャワールームも十分な広さと綺麗さでした。備え付けのシャンプー類がありましたが使用していないのでどんなものかはわかりません。 USBポート（typeA,typeC）が部屋の至るところにありました。変換アダプタを忘れても大丈夫です！ 飛行機が飛ばなくなったので急遽もう一泊することになったのですが、快く対応してくださりました。部屋のブッキングはエクスペディアからしてほしいと言われましたが、予約後は、同じ部屋を手配してくれました。」

「部屋は広くて清潔で、快適なベッドのおかげで素晴らしい滞在ができました。 冷蔵庫もあり、空調設備も整っていました。 駅からは少し距離があります。周辺には何もありませんが、大型スーパーTesco Extraが近くにあります。また、町の中心へは徒歩圏内です。 3泊しましたが、2泊目の午後に一度ホテルに戻ると部屋の掃除やベッドメイキングは終わっていたけれど、下に置いておいたタオルがそのままで交換されていませんでした。 近くにハウスキーパーの方が居たので伝えましたが、なかなか来てくれませんでした。それでも1時間ほど後にようやく来てくれたので、新しいタオルを使うことができました。 朝食などレストランは利用していません。 レセプションスタッフは丁寧な対応でした。」

「As usual The Bears Paw didn’t disappoint. Lovely staff, food and drink. The only down side this time as we stayed in a standard room was, it could do with a face lift. 」

「Conveniently located in the centre of Sanbach with easy access to shops etc. A large free car park and EV charging were a pleasant bonus. The breakfast was weighted towards hot cooked food and the cold buffet poor, it needs more fruit, yogurt, croissants and more interesting breads.」

「古い施設を表面的にリフォームした感じでした｡部屋の風呂場が古くて、汚い、トイレも1回使うと3，4分たたないと水がたまらない状態でした。受付から部屋までが遠くて、重い荷物を運びながら5分ぐらいかかりました。空港までシャトルバスがあったが，隣のホテルのバスが無料のに、有料でした。」

「ホテルの敷地入り口前の道路は登坂になっています。更に敷地内にはいって駐車場までが前の道路以上の急こう配です。健康な方でもかなりしんどいらしいので、体が不自由な方には絶対におすすめしません。また、ホテルはリフトありとなっていますが、リフトのある棟と無い棟があります。リフトあり希望の場合は申し込み時に明記する必要があるようです。 朝食などはおいしかったです。」

「It was last minute plan change from my usual stay in old hall not too far from this hotel, just being curious to find another one. Not so sure was that a right decision, Building is beautiful and amazing gland entrance and big room, however, the service is not that good. Bistro is full of student part timers, not many choice for break fast, a bit shaby as high grade hotel. My sister who does not live in UK did not have the idea of having a cold croissant for breakfast put it to toaster which...
