「The breakfast and room was very beautiful. But the only thing is that we can use only cold water on our stay. So we have no choose but taking very cold shower at the night that is the only, but biggest problem.」
「The hotel facilities are good. We were waiting in line to get in, but the woman at reception was already helping other guests and seemed to ignore us a little. She also spoke very very fast. If that hadn't happened, it would have been great. I wondered if it was because we were Asian. It was the first unpleasant feeling I had in the UK on this trip. It would be helpful if there was a shuttle bus to the airport terminal.」
「Lovely stay at the King William. The staff were amazing, so friendly. Room was clean and the beds were comfortable. It was a hot evening so the Manager went out and bought all the rooms fans which was a lovely touch. Would stay here again. 」
