「For a couple who wants to beat the heat of Sacramento for a few days, the Fountain Avenue apartment can’t be beat. We were very impressed with the cleanliness and well stocked property but best of all was the fantastic location a block from Lover’s Point. My only suggestion is that a new couch is in order for the living room.」

「Discrepancies between listing on VRBO and actual accommodations: refrigerator and microwave were in a common area, NOT in the room, as listed. It was difficult to find the switch for the gas fireplace which was the only heat in the room and it was very cold, window open, when we arrived late in the evening (host was notified of late arrival.) The phones in the room did not work to call the front desk; I had to use my cell phone to reach them. Also, bed was hard; I realize this is a matter of...
