「Lovely stay in country side」

「Great little last minute find 25 mins from Windermere lovely clean and modern room and great food highly recommended 」

「Lovely characterful property. Room and bed clean and comfortable. The young lady behind the bar who also served breakfast was exceptional. 」

「Room was great with amazing views. Friendly and lovely staff.. Great location. Also, high compliments for the food we had there. We thought the main bedding could be better with a bit more blackout curtain/blinds as the ambient lights outside were on for a longer period at night - these are some feedback for the sake of it. Will be going back for sure. 」

「They forgot for housekeeping. When I check out, I asked to keep my luggage, but they did not store, they just left at reception desk where i put as it is. No one took care, and I was lucky it was not stolen. Terrible and unbelievable.」

「The place is great, very quiet and peaceful. My only complain is that the furniture and carpet in my room was old and that was an issue for my mother in law who had an allergy problem, and we could feel the sprungs on our mattress. The rest was great, the swimming pool, hot tub, all great. 」

「Overall the stay was fine, nothing alarming. Hotel looked really nice as we entered. However, the quality and standard of rooms were below expectations of a high reviewed/ star hotel. One example being the bathroom, shower heads were not consistent in the water pressure and so caused a lot of spraying all across. The bath protector was way too short and so it was very hard to keep all the water contained in. Shower heads themselves were very dirty. With the room, it was incredibly dusty. A lot...
