On the whole there wasn't anything that we didn't like about our stay. We had a superior room which was very spacious. We couldn't fault the cleanliness of the room, bar/lounge area or the restaurant. The breakfast and dinner menus were v.good. Staff were pleasant and helpful. These are my honest accounts. My only regret is that we did not find the time to use the pool or sauna. However they do serve a lovely pale ale at the bar. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone.

Had a lovely 2 night stay. Ideal location - out of the way of crowds but close enough to get to places. Room was clean and comfortable. Food was also really good. Everyone was so friendly and helpful - will defo stay again.

The property was very nice with good amenities. The pool and jacuzzi was an excellent facility. However the seam room was only working once during our stay which was a shame. Staff were superb and very helpful however the menu lacked lactose free knowledge and had it not been for the young lady going above and beyond to ask the chef what could be made we would have eaten elsewhere.

Enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Staff ( shout out to Helen) were amazingly helpful and accommodating. You need to check in advance of your stay as to whether the spa facilities are all working. Problems with sauna and steam room on our visit. But still a great stay.

I had a lovely stay at the hotel over the weekend Staff are friendly and accommodating My first morning I had to leave before breakfast so was given breakfast to go which was appreciated Cooked breakfast the following morning was great I used the leisure facilities which were fantastic after a busy couple of days The hotel room was well appointed and comfortable Would be happy to return

Building really nice, pool should of been heated but wasn't at time of stay,sauna and steam room not working,but only used pool. Only gripe really was the road noise if you get a front facing room.menu was a bit restricted,need a good burger on it. Staff were great ,knowledgable about area. Good access via bus outside the hotel to lakes . Would go again .

Clean comfortable and spacious room, impeccable service from staff, exceptional food at very reasonable price. Pool recently refurbished to a high standard and likewise changing areas sauna and steam room. Really enjoyed our stay and will definitely go back.

From the moment we arrived the lady on reception, I think she may have been the on-duty for our stay, was so helpful and aware it was both our pre-wedding and reception venue. There was nothing too much trouble for the staff, from breakfast in our room to preparing the reception room and buffet for our arrival after the ceremony. There were additional requirements throughout the day which again they catered for without any problems. I would highly recommend this hotel and their staff and thank them for their help and professionalism both on our stay and special day.

Enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the room was clean and comfortable. It was great to have lift access. The newly renovated leisure area was a lovely and a great place to relax. The hotel is about a 25-minute walk from the town centre. Overall, a pleasant stay and would happily return.
