「Absolutely amazing service at this wonderful hotel! Every single staff member I encountered during my week at El Ganzo was incredibly kind, patient, helpful, and cheerful! 「This hotel is beautiful small oasis in the middle of San Jose del Cabo. Architecture and interior design are wonderful. Lots of interesting art and sculpture and blooming bougainvillea around. Pool, bar, restaurant are excellent. Courteous and helpful staff. Highly recommended.」

「Alex helped my wife and me during our stay. He was very kind and truly tried to provide the best service, which made us feel well taken care of. The hotel has a lot of positives. It’s located right in the heart of downtown, so we could easily walk to great restaurants and shopping spots. Also, the room was clean and stylish. The only downside was the noise at night. There’s a club nearby, so it can get a bit loud after midnight. But the hotel provides earplugs, which helped us sleep better.」
