Lovely hotel and grounds. We had a room on the 3rd floor with two balconies affording us stellar views of the mountains and lake. The rearward facing balcony was quiet and peaceful. Comfortable clean practical room. Easy to get anywhere in Lugano. The laundry room requires a bit of negotiation with others during busy times. Bring your own laundry soap and basket - for travelers this means a trip to the grocery store.
