「Nobody was at the front desk for 15 minutes. Called number on business card for manager and the front desk phone rang and rang. Walls paper thin, could here people in other rooms.」
「Flawlessly updated, centrally-located historic property ! Quiet with amazingly comfortable beds and a bountiful pantry for enjoyment by guests. Our entire stay was just perfect. We will be back!」
「We had a small blip with check-in. I had to call to get my access code after waiting past my check in time. They provided this over the phone and was able to check-in. Property was very clean, we enjoyed the outdoor patio but the parking in the back of the unit was VERY TIGHT. Would definitely stay again but in the front of the property. 」
「Except for the 5 smoking guests on the bench to the right of the door the property would of gotten an excellent score. There needs to be a designated smoking spot away from the hotel. Maybe at the top of the parking lot in the back. Other than that we really liked our stay. It was really clean and comfy with staff to match. The kids loved the breakfast and got full. Said they had lots of options. Is a place we would stay at again if ever in the area. 」
"The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night, and things got so bad that all the guests had to evacuate outside.
Fire engines even showed up and it all started to escalate.
But the hotel didn't even apologize.
And of course they didn't refund our money.
Shouldn't they change the price of the room?"
