Parking, location, & price are the only wins. The property is run down. Room was not the cleanest, everything needs updating & a new paint job, heat took forever to kick in, & the one sheet/light duvet was really not helpful for the current temps & iffy heat. Will not be staying here again, but it was good for the pinch I was in.

They did not have my reservation. Check in took about 40 minutes. Desk personnel’s key would not work so she had to climb over her counter. Police arrived due to someone calling 911-staff was indifferent and bothered by this. No washcloths. This location is NOT the Methuen Conference Center anymore. They have blue tape covering all emblems and logos that I say that. Staff said that it is a Days Inn. I would not have booked there had I known.

1 star is a bit much for this hotel. Room 203 had hair all over the sheets . Obviously it was not changed and I moved the mattress at there were bed bugs. We were offered another room but we declined. If one trim has them all rooms have them. Front staff did not refund Expedia and the manager has yet to respond. I will be calling the health department and have this place shut down. I have pictures as well. Refund my money or get shut down

The staff was pleasant. Although it took more than 5 minutes for someone to come to the front desk, he was apologetic and efficient. The hotel was extremely run down and kind of scary. It didn’t feel safe at all and severe neglect was apparent, bottoms of doors eaten away, peeling paint and several large brown stains on the carpet in both the hallway and room. The bathroom was surface clean but still uncomfortable. I booked for 2 nights non refundable and opted to leave early the next morning considering it as a lesson learned.

I went with my husband and kids. I booked almost a month in advance. Got to the hotel and first thing i was hit with. Was a $100 deposit. There was nothing on the site about any deposit. First time going to a hotel and they wamtva deposit. My husband gave them cash. Then they said if its cash then we need $150. Then the pool was closed. And the room was gross
