「What a great place. The owners were friendly and greeted us with chocolate chip cookies. The room was super clean and the grounds well taken care of. 「We stayed at first floor with ocean view. Parking is small but enough. This hotel faces on the ocean so it is convenient to walk to the bridge. But this area is similar to Montrey but very cold in May. This town is very small so only limited choice of the restaurant and it looks pricy.」

「I got this reservation at the last minute and had only moderate expectations because so many of the hotels in Fort Bragg are very dated. I was pleasantly surprised by the inside and outside appearance and the comfort of the room. I loved having the balcony and soaking tub at the end of a day of hiking. The staff member who checked me in was very friendly and helpful. Best of all, it’s very dog friendly.」
